About the Role
We are looking for an HR & Systems Administrator to join Cryptio, a company that builds infrastructure for the crypto economy. This hands-on role will focus on HR administration, HRIS management, and operational People processes across multiple European countries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support People Operations and HR administration across the UK, France, and European EoR countries
- →Maintain and administer our HRIS (Deel), ensuring data integrity and process support
- →Support HR compliance through accurate employment documentation and regional administration
- →Manage benefits administration and provide People-side payroll support for the UK and France
- →Support London office operations, including supplies, access management, and vendor coordination
Requirements
- ✓Experience in HR administration or People Operations with strong execution ownership
- ✓Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- ✓1+ year of experience handling French HR administration is a plus
- ✓Strong understanding of UK HR administration fundamentals
- ✓Comfortable owning HR systems, documentation, and data quality
- ✓Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- ✓Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
