About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team at Fever, the leading global platform for discovering live-entertainment experiences. This is not your typical HRBP role — you’ll work with high-performing, fast-moving teams, providing strategic and operational support to ensure both people and business goals are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the full cycle of performance reviews (semi-annual), driving calibration, consistency, and impact.
- →Support managers in translating feedback into actionable development plans and tracking progress.
- →Design and lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and reinforce Fever’s fast-paced, mission-driven culture.
- →Be a strategic advisor to senior managers, offering guidance on leadership, team structure, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a senior People role, ideally in scaleups, tech environments, or high-performance teams.
- ✓Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level or above).
- ✓A degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- ✓A strong analytical mindset and a data-first approach to decision-making.
- ✓Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and influencing at all levels.
- ✓Comfortable operating in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and high expectations.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, sensitive, and high-stakes situations with discretion and sound judgment.
- ✓Strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
- ✓A proactive, self-starting mindset and a bias for action — you anticipate needs, solve problems early, and own your outcomes.
