About the Role

We are looking to hire our first People Operations team member at Rogo to support the planning, execution, and ongoing management of our key People programs throughout the employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the foundation of the employee experience as we scale, helping to attract, retain, and grow top talent.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and evolve our onboarding experience, prioritizing personalization, clarity, and scalability
→Drive the execution of performance review cycles, designing for effectiveness and scale
→Manage engagement survey delivery and communications
→Own the management of our HR tech stack, currently centered around Rippling PEO
→Build and manage workflows for tracking people changes throughout the year
→Lead management of our benefits programs through our PEO
→Maintain compliance with applicable employment requirements, policies, and documentation
→Evolve and own our engagement activities to create meaningful opportunities for connection and recognition
→Serve as a People Ops partner to people managers, providing guidance on performance conversations
→Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Leadership

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, and program management
✓Demonstrated success in designing and executing structured processes and programs
✓Strong project management skills – capable of running multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end
✓Experience owning HR systems and tools, with strong comfort managing workflows and automations
✓Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished presentation of ideas
✓High emotional intelligence – self-aware, empathetic, and effective in collaboration
✓Bias toward action – you find answers, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly
