About the Role
We are looking for a Sourcer to join Dandy, a company transforming the dental industry through technology. This role will support our growing talent function and help fuel the company's growth by identifying exceptional talent for Finance, Legal, and People functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Recruiters to research, identify, and engage exceptional talent
- →Take full responsibility for the volume of qualified candidates at the ‘top-of-funnel’
- →Uphold the Dandy talent bar and convert leads into engaged candidates
- →Bring a data-centric approach to sourcing and help build scalable processes
- →Coordinate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers
- →Work together with the coordination team to get candidates into their respective interview process
- →Develop creative sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience as a sourcer at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
- ✓Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent
- ✓Proven abilities to attract passive candidates
- ✓Ability to learn our talent standards and apply them to sourcing efforts
- ✓Ability to move through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- ✓Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision-making
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task
