About the Role
Dandy is seeking a Leadership Recruiting Coordinator to join our rapidly growing venture-backed team. This role will be the operational backbone of our executive hiring, supporting senior-level initiatives and coordinating critical searches.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute end-to-end coordination of virtual and in-person interviews for leadership roles
- →Oversee scheduling and recruiting logistics, identifying opportunities to optimize processes
- →Partner with Recruiters and cross-functional stakeholders to remove roadblocks in the hiring funnel
- →Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our Ashby ATS
- →Arrange candidate travel and manage associated agendas and expenses
- →Lead initiatives focused on inclusive hiring, candidate engagement, and scaling global recruiting operations
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role
- ✓Experience supporting leadership or executive-level hiring
- ✓Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
- ✓Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking initiative
- ✓Executive presence to collaborate across all organizational levels
- ✓Proficiency with modern recruiting tools; Ashby experience a plus
