We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives and facilitating communication between executives and teams.
Key Responsibilities

- →Contribute to defining business objectives and strategic priorities of HR for the medium and long term.
- →Lead organizational change initiatives to improve business agility and flexibility.
- →Ensure the correct implementation and compliance of key HR processes, including talent management, selection, hiring, compensation, training, and performance management.
- →Identify improvement opportunities in assigned areas and promote effective solutions.
- →Generate strategic reports and KPIs, ensuring the confidentiality of information and facilitating decision-making in assigned business areas and participate in monthly closing accounting processes.
