About the Role
Dandy is transforming the massive dental industry through technology, aiming to modernize dental practices worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to join our team and oversee critical areas of our organization, focusing on scaling People Operations efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own key operational processes and drive People Operations projects in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- →Improve HR team efficiency by automating and streamlining internal processes to enhance the employee experience
- →Centralize and execute processes that scale, leveraging automations and improvements
- →Build out ticketing processes and structure to enable SLAs and metrics tracking
- →Lead core people operations across multiple countries, ensuring excellence in execution of day-to-day tasks
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in a hypergrowth startup environment
- ✓HR-specific experience in global operations highly preferred
- ✓Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive clarity and process improvements
- ✓Experience optimizing operations systems to streamline people processes
- ✓Overall track record of professional success
