About the Role
We are looking for a creative, delivery-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join the sales team for South Africa at Databricks. This role focuses on maximizing market opportunities in the Financial Services industry by selling innovation and value to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assess territory and develop a successful execution strategy
- →Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts
- →Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
- →Track all customer details in Salesforce
- →Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers
- →Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform
- →Orchestrate and utilize field engineering teams for client outcomes
- →Build and demonstrate value to guide successful negotiations
Requirements
- ✓Extensive understanding of data platform, open source, and cloud ecosystems
- ✓Highly skilled in prospecting research and mapping key stakeholders
- ✓Demonstrated success in Value Selling and developing mutual action plans
- ✓Ability to influence decision-making with customer leadership teams
- ✓Ability to establish credibility with the C-suite
- ✓Adept in selling to technical buyers
- ✓Experience growing consumption and closing deals in direct sales
- ✓Mastery of MEDDPICC
- ✓Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- ✓Fluency in English is required
