About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our G&A FP&A Team at Databricks. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to provide financial insights and analysis to optimize investment decisions and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with IT, People, and Legal leaders to drive forecast accuracy
- →Prepare and own budget vs. actual variance analysis and reporting
- →Build, maintain, and improve detailed financial models
- →Collaborate with Accounting on accruals and close process
- →Manage ad hoc requests and strategic projects
- →Participate in long-range strategic planning
- →Lead process and system improvement projects
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- ✓4+ years of FP&A or related experience, with a focus on technology
- ✓Experience in building financial models independently
- ✓Excellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills
- ✓Knowledge of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics
- ✓High competency with systems like Anaplan, Workday, and Salesforce
- ✓Prior experience using SQL or willingness to learn
