About the Role
We are looking for a driven and committed team player to join our Business Development Representative team. This role will be the first point of contact for potential customers, focusing on our PFM (Pipe Flow Modeling) and Chemcad products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with the BDR team and extended sales organization to develop strategies for prospecting and adding new business
- →Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics, forecast, outbound objectives, and quota
- →Deliver measurable KPIs via cold calls, email, and social selling platforms
- →Adapt to changing markets
- →Partner and communicate effectively with account executives and managers
- →Communicate with C-suite level executives in relevant verticals
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant industry experience strongly preferred
- ✓1-3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR in SaaS solutions in the enterprise and SMB space
- ✓Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for trade shows and events
- ✓A self-starter comfortable working in a remote environment
- ✓Understanding of platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft strongly preferred
- ✓Experience working in the process manufacturing industry and with large enterprise companies strongly preferred
