About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager to lead and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for our Enterprise Sales teams. This role requires an analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing to optimize the entire buyer’s journey.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, launch, and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across email, digital ads, social media, webinars, content syndication, and events.
- →Collaborate with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with branding, messaging, and customer needs.
- →Partner with Sales on account selection, prioritization, and coverage.
- →Leverage AI-enabled tools to support campaign development, audience targeting, personalization, and content activation across channels.
- →Partner with Sales to refine lead handoff processes and nurture programs.
- →Build automated nurture streams, utilizing segmentation to create personalized customer journeys.
- →Measure campaign success using metrics such as account engagement, meeting creation, and pipeline influence.
- →Work closely with product marketing to develop and promote high-quality content.
- →Align campaign strategy with sales and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- ✓Experience supporting enterprise or upper mid-market B2B sales motions.
- ✓Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline.
- ✓Results-driven with a growth mindset and a strong focus on continuous learning.
- ✓Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ✓General understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- ✓Experience with Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and social media management tools.
