About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Vapi, a platform for the future of voice technology. This role focuses on leading the platform’s strategy and boosting adoption among developers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated positioning for our platform that speaks to both developers and businesses
- →Lead the planning and execution of product launches, feature releases, and campaigns
- →Conduct market research, gather feedback from developers and enterprise customers, and analyze competitor landscapes
- →Create impactful marketing materials, including website copy, case studies, whitepapers, pitch decks, and demo scripts
- →Partner with the Developer Relations team to craft messaging and content that inspires developers
- →Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sign-ups, engagement, and conversions
- →Define and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing efforts
- →Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, advocating for user needs
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2D tech company
- ✓Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- ✓Proven experience launching products or features and driving adoption
- ✓Strong understanding of developer ecosystems
- ✓Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like PostHog, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or HubSpot
- ✓Self-starter attitude with a passion for taking ownership
- ✓Bonus: Experience in voice technology, AI/ML, or SaaS platforms targeting developers and businesses
