About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Solution Architect (PSA) to join Datadog's technical solutions team. This role involves working closely with partners to support technical initiatives and ensure customer success through cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation.

Key Responsibilities

→Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
→Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and Partner technical teams
→Collaborate internally to support Partner technical initiatives including demonstrations, workshops, and best practice coaching
→Advocate for Partners' technical concerns with Datadog internal teams
→Analyze Partner service offerings and provide recommendations to enhance value through Datadog adoption
→Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify new features
→Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption

Requirements

✓Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations
✓Demonstrable track-record with passion for learning; typically 10-15 years of experience in customer/partner facing technical role
✓Self-starter with solid business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value
✓Confident presentation skills
✓Experience in two or more of the following areas: Observability tools, Public Cloud platforms, Containerization, Dev/Scripting languages, Configuration management, CI/CD tools
