About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage high volume small spend accounts in either SMB/MM or ENT segments
- →Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn
- →Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points and providing solutions
- →Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback
- →Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- →Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
- ✓Previous experience in fast-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- ✓Relationship builder who remains calm during crisis or criticism
- ✓Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, able to draw insights from complex data sets
- ✓Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality
- ✓Solid track record of achievement in a top-tier company or role
- ✓Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- ✓Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
