About the Role
We are looking for an Operation Excellence Specialist to join our team at Deel. This role focuses on optimizing and improving People Operations processes, ensuring our team operates efficiently and consistently as we scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead deep dives into complex People Ops processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- →Partner with People Tech, HRIS, and Product teams to implement automation solutions
- →Develop, maintain, and standardize SOPs, process guides, and playbooks for the People Team
- →Establish process metrics, monitor performance, and recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights
- →Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of experience in People Operations, Process Improvement, or Knowledge Management
- ✓Proven experience in process analysis, optimization, automation, and redesign
- ✓Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and workflow tools
- ✓Exceptional writing and documentation skills
- ✓Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure improvements
- ✓Proficiency with knowledge management and process mapping tools
- ✓Excellent collaboration and communication skills
