We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team at DeepL, a global AI product and research company. This role focuses on building secure, intelligent solutions to complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build full-stack AI systems and integrations to deliver customer value
- →Work at the cutting edge of AI engineering
- →Partner with customer teams to understand needs and guide adoption of solutions
- →Gather requirements, translate into workflows, and deliver complex systems in fast-paced environments
- →Contribute code directly when progress or clarity requires it
- →Codify effective working patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, or building blocks
- →Share field feedback with Research and Product on product performance
- →Refine the vision/direction for our new agentic offering in collaboration with the product team
- →Ensure team momentum through clarity and follow-through
Requirements
- ✓Experienced writing production code in JS/TS or Python
- ✓Openness to write infra and deployment code (AWS/k8s)
- ✓Proven track record in customer-facing roles
- ✓High willingness to learn and wear many hats
- ✓Natural credibility as a technical expert
- ✓Ability to prioritize, simplify, and scope down a technical project
- ✓Open to travel, based at one of our locations, preferably Munich
