About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our North East team in Spain. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with top-tier restaurant partners, ensuring their success and growth with Glovo.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication
- →Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically
- →Draw and execute plans to help partners grow through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance
- →Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with partners
- →Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets
- →Understand and follow up on churned and inactive partners
- →Improve operational efficiency of partners by ensuring the best service to customers
Requirements
- ✓Experience in account management or similar role
- ✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills
