About the Role
We are looking for a Menu Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on onboarding restaurants and managing menu content on the foodpanda platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Onboard restaurants and create menus with accurate descriptions, pricing, and dish-level photos in line with SOP guidelines
- →Process and update restaurant menu change requests within the defined SLA
- →Manage menu-related projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience
- →Communicate with and guide restaurant partners throughout the onboarding process on the foodpanda platform
- →Conduct regular quality checks to ensure menu accuracy and strong operational performance
Requirements
- ✓Comfortable using AI tools and be tech-savvy
- ✓Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools is a plus
- ✓Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., common formulas)
