About the Role
We are looking for an Incubation and Content Team Manager to lead and manage team members, ensuring quality standards and SLAs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage incubation and content team members, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
- →Oversee the 60-day vendor incubation journey and ensure achievement of key metrics.
- →Ensure accurate menu creation, timely updates, and dish-level photography in line with SOPs.
- →Train vendors on tablet operations, order fulfillment, operating hours, and payment and billing processes.
- →Support deal sourcing and early-stage testing of pricing, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives.
- →Conduct regular quality checks to improve content accuracy and customer experience.
- →Track performance and prepare reports using advanced Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve incubation and content processes.
