About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious student (preferably 1-2 years into their studies) who wants to learn and act as a bridge between business and technology. At our company, you will participate on equal terms with everyone else and play a key role in the intersection of IT project/product management, data engineering/automation, and communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Product coordination and project management: Together with the management group, you keep our development engine running by collecting and validating ideas, coordinating projects and sprints, and drafting release notes and maintaining roadmaps.
- →Support and operations: In close collaboration with product teams, you help our users when they need assistance. Sometimes you are a detective and put out a fire, other times you are proactive because you have prepared and contributed to ensuring our documentation and preparedness are in place.
- →Data, testing, and process optimization: You automate things, whether it's testing of new features or our internal work processes. You work with data engineering so we have smooth processes for daily operations and when we develop, we ensure that what we build actually works.
- →Management reporting: You contribute to the data basis for management reporting and might even design beautiful BI. You organize, monitor, and communicate data about our systems' performance, costs, and usage so we always have an overview of our impact.
Requirements
Interest, skills, and willingness to learn more about at least two (preferably all) of these areas: product coordination, support and operations, data, testing, and process optimization, management reporting.
