About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join Decolar's team. This role focuses on accelerating digital growth and ensuring efficient user acquisition through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement digital campaigns across different platforms including Google AdManager, DV360, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and internal D! platforms
- →Manage and optimize campaign performance against branding/prospecting and performance KPIs
- →Generate necessary reports and insights for internal teams and direct clients
- →Proactively communicate campaign status, inventory analysis, forecasts, etc.
- →Contribute to the analysis and continuous improvement of AdOps infrastructure
- →Work with the Media team (AdOps/Products + Commercial) and other departments to create and improve products that monetize inventories and add value to customers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or advertising and public relations
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience in digital ecosystem positions
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience with trafficking platforms like Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Ads, etc.
- ✓Intermediate technical knowledge/troubleshooting skills
- ✓Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4/GTM
- ✓Knowledge of platforms/Queries/Metabase/PowerBI
- ✓Proficiency in DSP, SSP, DMP platforms (audiences)
- ✓Advanced Excel skills and knowledge in Power BI, SQL
- ✓Advanced Spanish
