About the Role
We are seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role involves managing inbound inquiries, collecting client data, and ensuring smooth client onboarding in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓Strong communication and customer service skills
- ✓Highly empathetic with a client-focused mindset

- ✓Organized, detail-oriented, and strong time management abilities
- ✓Comfortable managing calls and documentation simultaneously
- ✓Experience with intake processes and data entry
- ✓Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools
- ✓Goal-driven and proactive
- ✓Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus
- ✓Prior experience as an Intake Specialist is strongly preferred
- ✓Must be fully comfortable working 100% on site in Chihuahua
