Commercial Legal Counsel at doctrine

About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Counsel to support the growth of Doctrine by becoming the primary point of contact for our sales teams. This role involves negotiating contracts with major clients, managing public procurement compliance, and updating contracts across different countries in collaboration with local lawyers. You will contribute directly to the company's development with a concrete impact on sales.

Key Responsibilities

• →Draft, negotiate, and review SaaS contracts with AI features, addressing intellectual property, personal data, AI compliance, and security
• →Manage responses to public tenders and ensure compliance with public procurement rules
• →Review contracts with service providers, including recruitment agencies and SaaS tools
• →Manage the contract database on Tomorro, including archiving, labeling for deadlines, and contract templates for team automation
• →Develop guidelines, procedures, and training sessions on contract processes and best practices
• →Assist on other legal topics as needed, such as labor law, corporate law, and competition law
