About the Role
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support lawyers in a plaintiff litigation practice. This role involves preparing legal documents, assisting with discovery processes, and providing trial support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist attorneys in all stages of complex litigation
- →Support all phases of discovery including drafting, fact gathering, and document analysis
- →Maintain and organize electronic case files for team access
- →Manage electronic discovery processes such as document review, loading, and coding
- →Support trial preparation by creating notebooks, organizing exhibits, and coordinating schedules
- →Coordinate and maintain project status tracking charts
- →Conduct factual research for attorney projects
- →Assist with document searches, review, and analysis across platforms
- →Communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside parties as approved
- →Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years experience as a plaintiff litigation paralegal, preferably in US companies
- ✓Proficient in legal research and document retention databases
- ✓Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe PDF manipulation
- ✓Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- ✓Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- ✓Positive attitude and flexible approach
- ✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- ✓Handle confidential tasks with discretion and diplomacy
- ✓Willingness to work overtime and travel as required
