About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Content Manager to join RAGU LIKE THE SAUCE, a studio that transforms the intensity of young athletes' performances into timeless art. This role involves managing digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms and producing high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- →Run A/B tests and campaigns to expand reach in key markets
- →Edit video/audio to high-quality technical standards
- →Publish articles, optimize images, and manage themed groups
- →Manage workflows, respond to direct messages, and maintain agile communication
- →Create weekly/monthly dashboards with metrics and business information
Requirements
- ✓Advanced English level (C1)
- ✓4+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, brand growth, and content strategy
- ✓Experience and advanced knowledge in Printing Standards (IPC/ICON)
- ✓Ability to produce timeless content without relying on AI tools
- ✓SEO experience and experience with paid campaigns, including Meta Ads or Google Ads
- ✓Portfolio of high-quality, fast-paced short videos with premium subtitles
- ✓Experience with Trial Reels (preferred)
- ✓Technical proficiency in frame rate, resolution, compression, and audio editing
- ✓Ability to conduct structured growth tests and interpret the results
- ✓Strong writing skills for blogs and web content
- ✓Expert proficiency in video editing (resolution, compression, clean audio)
- ✓Proven experience managing organic social media accounts for a brand or creator
