We are looking for a creative storyteller who also loves data to lead paid media, craft high-impact content, and drive mission-aligned growth for students.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok
- →Manage budgets, pacing, targeting, and creative testing
- →Improve CPA, lead quality, and conversion performance
- →Write compelling copy for ads and organic social
- →Tailor messaging for parents, students, and community audiences
- →Create fast content using Canva, Adobe Spark, and CapCut
- →Manage daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
- →Engage with comments, messages, and online communities
- →Maintain consistent, mission-driven brand voices
- →Own paid media budgets and dashboards
- →Build reports through HubSpot, Looker, and Sheets/Excel
- →Present insights and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- ✓3+ years managing paid and organic social campaigns
- ✓Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
- ✓Excellent copywriting and content creation ability
- ✓Data-driven mindset with CPA and conversion optimization experience
- ✓Experience with Sprout Social (or similar) and Canva
- ✓Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- ✓Passion for supporting underserved students
