About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Docebo. This role focuses on creating positive customer experiences, leading to renewal and long-term satisfaction. The CSM will help customers meet their business goals using curiosity, empathy, and innovative thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own customer retention by reducing churn, increasing adoption, and improving satisfaction
- →Identify and mitigate risk early to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- →Educate and inspire customers with best practices and innovative solutions
- →Demonstrate empathy and be a trusted advisor for customers
- →Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospective customers
- →Assist customers in creating and monitoring success KPIs
- →Create customer champions for Docebo Marketing initiatives
- →Collaborate with internal teams to provide a high-quality Customer Experience
- →Recognize up-sell opportunities and work with Account Management
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience as Customer Success Specialist, Manager, or business consultant
- ✓Experience managing a renewable book of business for a SaaS company
- ✓Strong communication and rapport building skills
- ✓Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- ✓Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies (SSO, CRM, ERP, HRIS)
- ✓Ability to share technical knowledge while maintaining a positive mindset
- ✓Knowledge of L&D trends and technologies
- ✓Consultant approach to decision-making and problem-solving
- ✓Ability to analyze data and drive conversations
- ✓Customer focus with excellent service skills
- ✓Proficiency in HR/LMS technologies
- ✓Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
