About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team at Docebo. This role involves working with prospects to discover, prepare, and lead presentations, leveraging industry knowledge to serve as an expert throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a trusted advisor to all levels within prospective customer organizations
- →Handle technical conversations with stakeholders and simplify complexity for less technical stakeholders
- →Collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve business goals and provide quality service
- →Maintain a positive and creative attitude while guiding prospects through product assessments
- →Participate in cross-functional teams and provide value to both the sales team and assigned prospects
- →Master product knowledge and address questions regarding our technology
- →Support the Product team with insights and feedback
- →Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospective customers
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience in technical sales or similar roles
- ✓2+ years’ experience in Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consulting
- ✓B.A. or B.S. degree
- ✓Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- ✓A "can do" attitude and strong sales instinct
- ✓Love for the intersection of technology, business, and learning
- ✓Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- ✓Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems
- ✓Ability to share technical knowledge while maintaining a positive mindset
- ✓Knowledge of the LMS industry and surrounding standards
- ✓Experience in the SaaS industry is an advantage
