About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Intern to join our team at Doctolib in Berlin. This role focuses on supporting our Inside Sales team in managing customer interactions and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Communicate directly with practice teams and learn professional customer communication
- →Ensure proper data management in our Salesforce CRM system
- →Act as an important interface between our sales and onboarding teams
- →Support process optimization in Inside Sales and assist with additional tasks and projects
Requirements
- ✓Interest in sales and administration with a desire to gain practical experience
- ✓Enjoyment of customer contact and colleagues with a friendly, communicative nature
- ✓Diligent, responsible work style with a preference for teamwork
- ✓Well-organized with the ability to maintain overview in a dynamic environment
- ✓Fluent German (C1) in both spoken and written communication
