About the Role
We are looking for an Intern to join our Sales team at Doctolib in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to start your career in B2B sales in one of Europe's most dynamic eHealth scale-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead generation: Support the team in identifying potential clients through market research, cold calling, and using digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- →Active participation in sales activities: Shadow colleagues during client calls, gradually gaining autonomy in managing initial conversations with prospects
- →Operational support to the team: Prepare supporting materials for presentations and contribute to the effectiveness of sales activities
- →CRM management: Use Salesforce to update the customer database, track interactions, and monitor the progress of opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree completed or in progress
- ✓Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- ✓Strong results orientation: committed to achieving goals with consistency and determination
- ✓Proactive, organized, and curious: not intimidated by a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- ✓Interest and passion for the world of sales and desire to build a career in commercial roles
