About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Senior Account Executive to join our team at Doctolib. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients in the field and driving growth in our German market.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure
- βResponsible for revenue (MRR), activities, and growth in your assigned region
- βAcquire doctors independently and act as a concept consultant to analyze and understand their needs and challenges
- βTrack sales reporting and forecasting regularly using Salesforce
Requirements
- βMinimum 5 years of experience in sales / field sales, preferably in B2B solutions
- βExcellent hunting and pitching skills
- βHigh energy level, enjoyment of selling, and confident, positive, professional demeanor
- βEntrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and strong organizational skills
- βExcellent communication skills (written and oral German skills at minimum C1 level)
- βClass B driver's license
