About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team at DoiT, a global technology company specializing in cloud-driven solutions. This fully remote role in the US will be responsible for outbound lead generation and filling the pipeline for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set meetings via outbound prospecting through automated and manually-driven campaigns to achieve daily and monthly pipeline targets.
- →Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure alignment on territory planning and account prioritization.
- →Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns at scale using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- →Own the outbound process end-to-end, from account research to booking qualified meetings.
- →Partner with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
- →Clearly communicate value propositions to technical buyers and stay current with product information.
Requirements
- ✓1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, preferably with a background in selling to technical buyers.
- ✓Proven experience selling SaaS B2B/cloud products or services.
- ✓Proven history of achieving results in outbound lead generation.
- ✓Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
