About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Human-Robot Interaction Designer to join Dyna Robotics. You will be responsible for designing how humans physically interact with our AI-powered robots, ensuring intuitive and ergonomic experiences that workers will embrace.
Key Responsibilities
- →Rapid Form-Factor Prototyping: Build quick prototypes to test ergonomic hypotheses in days.
- →Invent Interaction Paradigms: Design physical, spatial, and haptic feedback loops for responsive robots.
- →Field-to-CAD Loop: Observe workers in customer facilities to design for desire and ergonomics.
- →Production Stewardship: Partner with JDM to ensure interaction quality survives mass production.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in high-velocity startups with at least one shipped hardware device.
- ✓Confident with 3D printing, basic electronics (Arduino/ESP32), and rapid fabrication.
- ✓Deep understanding of cognitive load and human factors.
- ✓Ability to work in ambiguity and adapt quickly to user feedback.
