About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst, Plan Loading to join our Benefit Configuration team at Oscar Health. This role involves supporting projects to improve the consistency, accuracy, and efficiency of Oscar processes through system configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform detailed, oriented work with a high level of accuracy and adherence to all QA/QC protocols
- →Experience with designs, builds, and configuration workflows to develop insights into opportunities for workflow improvements
- →Understand aggregated configuration data to identify updates required and measure the impact of any changes on internal operations and existing configuration
- →Load configuration data into the core system accurately and in a timely manner
- →Use internal tools and technical processes, particularly database querying and benefit or reimbursement configuration concepts
- →Build SQL queries and translate technical analyses into easily digestible communications for a nontechnical audience
- →Identify and report on any data/data infrastructure gaps, deficiencies, or irregularities
- →Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- →Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of working knowledge of health plan benefit concepts
- ✓1+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or comparable programs in the Google Docs Editors suite
- ✓1+ years of experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets using Excel or a similar database language to solve business problems
