About the Role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Operations Director to join our team. This role focuses on architecting the operational engine for our 100% channel-centric model and serving as the primary strategic advisor to the Vice President of Channel Sales Americas.

Key Responsibilities

→Act as the primary business partner to the VP of Channel Sales, defining the operational roadmap and setting theater-specific KPIs
→Design, build, and refine operational frameworks that support our global channel model
→Use expert-level technical skills to uncover channel insights and design sophisticated data models
→Lead without authority, identifying friction points in the sales cycle and collaborating with other teams
→Drive the annual theater planning process, including target setting and coverage model optimization
→Manage Salesforce configurations, audit data integrity, and ensure the day-to-day transactional engine runs flawlessly

Requirements

✓10–15+ years of progressive experience in Channel Operations or Sales Operations
✓Deep understanding of CRM architecture, opportunity management, and object relationships
✓Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Sheets/Excel for complex modeling and data visualization
✓Significant experience building and maintaining Looker dashboards
✓Forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI technologies for data synthesis and predictive forecasting
✓Ability to present complex data to executives and troubleshoot deals with regional managers
✓Fluency in metrics like capex vs. opex, contra-revenue, discount and margins, and recurring revenue models
✓Problem-solving mentality with a track record of identifying and implementing process fixes
