About the Role
EarnIn is seeking a highly organized and strategic Creative Program Manager to build systems, workflows, and tools that enable their Creative team to excel. This role serves as the operational backbone, ensuring work moves efficiently from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the day-to-day creative workflow from intake through delivery
- →Act as the operational point of contact for the marketing team and partners
- →Coordinate creative intake across teams and build project plans
- →Maintain project trackers and generate regular status updates
- →Ensure assets meet brand, messaging, legal, and production standards
- →Identify operational inefficiencies and evaluate AI-powered tools
- →Drive adoption of AI tools and automation solutions
- →Track all creative deliverables across projects and channels
- →Implement and maintain a centralized DAM using Shade
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in creative operations, production management, or traffic management
- ✓Ability to manage multiple complex creative projects simultaneously
- ✓Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
