About the Role
We are looking for a Sustainability Sales Specialist to join EcoVadis and help transform how modern supply chains work. This role involves engaging with prospects across the Benelux and UK markets to drive adoption of EcoVadis Sustainability Ratings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with prospects via phone, email, and webinars to articulate the strategic business value of EcoVadis Sustainability Ratings
- →Proactively nurture leads to maximize conversion rates and revenue
- →Act as a CSR expert to mitigate risks and dismantle barriers to the EcoVadis evaluation process
- →Manage tasks efficiently while maintaining commercial awareness to spot new business opportunities
- →Own results across key metrics including conversion rates, outbound call volume, and pipeline velocity
- →Capture and record insights and report to Team Leader, Management, and other EcoVadis business units
Requirements
- ✓Experience in value-based selling and consultative objection handling
- ✓Strong understanding of sustainability and corporate social responsibility
- ✓Ability to manage high volumes with low average contract values
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Proven track record in sales and pipeline management
- ✓Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and report insights effectively
