Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and coordinate all activities related to the day-to-day performance of accounting, administration, and reconciliation
- →Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements in accordance with contractual requirements
- →Oversee accounts payable and vendor payment activities, accounts receivable, bank deposits, accounting software, and banking transactions
- →Oversee monthly payroll, employee benefits, and salary administration
- →Conduct regular performance scorecard analysis and reporting
- →Manage tax functions, remittances, and filings to comply with UK tax regulations
- →Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
- →Develop and manage annual budget preparation
- →Act as project manager for finance and administration related projects
- →Manage external accounting and tax audits
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Oracle ERP system
- ✓Strong background in financial reporting and budgeting
- ✓Knowledge of UK tax regulations
- ✓Experience managing payroll and employee benefits
- ✓Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
