About the Role
Solutions Architects at Elastic serve as technical authorities and trusted advisors to sales teams, customers, partners, and the community. They solve customer business issues using the Elastic Stack and engage with the regional Elastic community through events and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in assigned territories.
- →Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
- →Create and maintain value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
- →Participate in all phases of planning and execution, from initial discovery to technical win.
- →Demonstrate the value of Elastic products and solutions in sales meetings and events.
- →Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
- →Onboard, educate, and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
- →Create collateral and collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
- →Communicate customer and community needs to engineering and leadership teams.
- →Deepen sales and technical skills through continuous learning.
Requirements
- ✓Track record of success in a technical presales role within the Public Sector.
- ✓Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
- ✓Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- ✓History of successful customer relations and architecture development.
- ✓Ability to influence and inspire groups of all sizes.
- ✓Willingness to travel 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.
