About the Role
Elastic is seeking an experienced Web Program Manager to help manage the web team’s request intake process, drive projects, and coordinate resources. This role will focus on prioritizing requests across Marketing groups and building an exceptional website experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage intake, routing, prioritization, and management for web team requests
- →Own and manage web projects, including scoping, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
- →Maintain clear project plans, boards, and documentation
- →Oversee and report on the health of all active web team tickets
- →Manage relationships with internal clients, facilitating communication and removing roadblocks
- →Provide leadership, judgment, and communication to stakeholders and team members
- →Guide non-technical stakeholders on creating SEO and accessibility-friendly web pages
- →Improve processes and efficiency for the web team and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience managing work for a large-scale customer-facing marketing website
- ✓3-5 years as a technical program manager or related field
- ✓Prior experience in Product or Marketing Organizations
- ✓Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and change
- ✓Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead meetings
- ✓Ability to build effective work relationships with cross-functional teams
- ✓A love for process and understanding of mapping out team processes/timelines
- ✓Demonstrated experience with Agile software development (Scrum or Kanban)
- ✓Ability to understand customer needs and deliver engaging web experiences
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
