Key Responsibilities
- →Gather and document functional and business requirements, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with project objectives.

Requirements
- ✓Professionals in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields with over 2 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst in technology projects, preferably in the financial sector.
- ✓Knowledge in process management and project management.
- ✓Experience using diagramming tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or similar.
- ✓Proficiency with collaborative tools like Miro, Mural, or Figma.
- ✓Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and concepts of Digital Transformation and AI initiatives.
- ✓Experience with management tools like Jira and MS Project.
- ✓Analytical skills for functional analysis, information organization, and report preparation.
- ✓Basic knowledge of databases such as Oracle PL/SQL or MS SQL is desirable.
- ✓Basic knowledge of technologies or tools such as Power Builder is desirable.
- ✓Familiarity with testing and integration using SoapUI, XML, and Webservices.
- ✓Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
