About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AML Transaction Monitoring initiatives. This role involves delivering complex cross-functional projects across rule tuning, data integration, and regulatory remediation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead planning, coordination, and execution of cross-border initiatives
- →Define project scope and deliverables with stakeholders
- →Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- →Coordinate internal resources and vendors for execution
- →Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- →Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- →Measure project performance and report issues
- →Ensure resource availability and allocation
- →Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- →Create and maintain project documentation
Requirements
- ✓PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- ✓Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience
- ✓Proven track record of delivering complex projects
- ✓Strong understanding of project management tools
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- ✓Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- ✓Experience in TM tuning/analytics
- ✓Familiarity with MAS AML/CFT requirements
- ✓Exposure to Cloud (AWS) data platforms and ETL/ELT tooling
- ✓Understanding of name screening, payments screening, KYC/CDD
- ✓Knowledge of cross-border payment systems
- ✓Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, and integration patterns
- ✓Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks
- ✓Experience with CI/CD tools
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- ✓Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
