About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure the quality and integrity of our Salesforce platform implementations. This role requires a blend of manual testing expertise and technical ability to develop and maintain test automation scripts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform comprehensive manual functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications;
- →Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python for our Salesforce environment;
- →Leverage the Copado platform to manage, execute, and track automated test execution within our CI/CD pipeline;
- →Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using tools like Jira;
- →Assist in creating comprehensive test plans and developing detailed test cases;
- →Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- →Help manage test data and environments within Salesforce.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a background in both manual and automation testing;
- ✓Understanding of QA methodologies, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile processes.
