About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to manage complex sales processes and drive the planning and implementation of comprehensive energy solutions, particularly in the area of heat pumps.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage complex B2B sales processes: You will independently manage the entire sales process, from creating offers to completing projects.
→Sell complete solutions: You will be significantly involved in the planning and implementation of holistic energy solutions, especially in the area of heat pumps.
→CRM system: You will use modern CRM tools to efficiently manage your sales activities and optimize the entire sales process.
→Customer contact: You will be in direct contact with pre-qualified business customers and conduct video conferences to present customized solutions.
→Teamwork and knowledge sharing: You will work closely with other departments and contribute to expanding our product portfolio.
