About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and service appointments with workshops and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan maintenance and service appointments with workshops and ensure a smooth process.
- →Process ticket requests from employees regarding all vehicle issues, such as damages or fuel card problems.
- →Coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners.
- →Maintain and update all vehicle-related data in the system.
- →Ensure vehicles are fully and properly returned to the fleet.
- →Support our branches in the electric vehicle sector and inspect vehicles available there.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills.
- ✓Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
