About the Role
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our People Team. This role focuses on managing employee lifecycle processes and providing support for all personnel-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive projects in the People Team independently – for example, optimizing and automating existing processes
- →Be the first point of contact for our employees in all personnel-related matters and ensure excellent Employee Experience in line with our guidelines
- →Manage all administrative processes along the employee lifecycle independently – from onboarding through contract management to offboarding
- →Create contracts, change agreements and certificates independently and maintain our personnel master data systematically and accurately
- →Support the preparatory payroll accounting reliably and be a competent contact person for topics such as company pension schemes, health insurance, social insurance, and bring an interest in labor law issues and basic knowledge of German labor law
