About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join the New Logo Sales Team at Ensono. This strategic role will partner with the SVP of New Logo Sales to drive strategy development, support sellers, and enable measurable growth and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the SVP, New Logo Sales in aligning strategy, executing vision, and delivering on growth commitments
- →Develop and execute programs that support the goals of the New Logo Sales organization
- →Lead the development and refinement of the ideal client profile
- →Create and implement communication strategies for the sales team and stakeholders
- →Coordinate programmatic reviews, budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
- →Mentor sales leaders and sellers to enhance collaboration
- →Build relationships with other departments to support communication and program strategies
- →Partner with HR to develop talent strategies
- →Identify and drive multiple programs related to New Logo Sales strategy
- →Coordinate communications for a geographically diverse sales team
- →Provide ongoing feedback and status updates to stakeholders
- →Develop and manage meeting strategies, agendas, and action items
- →Analyze sales performance data to drive deal progression
- →Manage relationships with strategic partners
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of management experience
- ✓Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills
- ✓Experience working within an IT sales or operations environment
- ✓Proven ability to coordinate and lead internal resources
- ✓Strong project management skills
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to build strong business relationships
- ✓Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- ✓Experience working in a fast-paced environment
