About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the ArcGIS Hub team at Esri. This role focuses on shaping the future of how people connect with trusted information and how organizations work across boundaries to make meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities
- →Influence and help shape the product roadmap, particularly ArcGIS Hub’s site builder and open data sharing capabilities
- →Translate product vision into clear specifications, including writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
- →Partner closely with engineering and UX to refine user stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure high quality, iterative delivery
- →Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand workflows around site creation, open and secure sharing, metadata, and governance
- →Collaborate across ArcGIS teams to ensure cohesive publishing and discovery workflows
- →Support cross functional teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adoption of new capabilities
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in product management or related role building SaaS or web-based tools
- ✓Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and cross functional partners
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with geospatial technology, civic engagement, open data, or community collaboration platforms
- ✓10-20% travel requirement for strategic meetings, events, and/or tradeshows
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in GIS, computer science, engineering, or other relevant field
