About the Role

We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join Eucalyptus, a company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs. This role involves acting as a strategic advisor, trusted challenger, and operational leader to enable high-performing teams to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

→Coach leaders to understand goals, challenge assumptions, and influence stronger decisions
→Build leadership capability and drive accountability in performance, reward, and recognition
→Provide expert guidance on complex people matters across multiple markets
→Use data and metrics to support planning, performance management, and engagement
→Improve People Systems and Processes to make them clearer, leaner, and more scalable
→Deliver key people programs including performance and remuneration cycles

Requirements

✓5+ years in a strategic HR Manager or People Business Partner role in a high-performance environment
✓Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance
✓Experience managing direct reports and supporting people leaders
✓Proficient in tracking and interpreting people metrics
✓Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle
