About the Role
The Project Manager position serves as a transitionary role to a full Project Manager for Bio/Pharmaceutical contract testing. This role involves learning technical functions, developing client relationships, refining organizational skills, and assisting senior project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide LAD preparation assistance to external facing PMs
- →Ensure timely Exception report delivery by external facing PMs
- →Provide oversight and resolution of Incoming Parcel for timelier sample registration
- →Support eLIMS updating for the PM department
- →Update CRM client contacts for the PM department
- →Conduct QAA periodic reviews for Inspectional readiness
- →Assist with Data Package implementation for eLIMS builds
- →Shadow Project Managers to learn processes and duties
- →Manage smaller client accounts for Project Management Development
Requirements
- ✓Ability to navigate information systems
- ✓Strong organizational skills
- ✓Experience with LAD preparation and Exception reports
- ✓Familiarity with eLIMS and CRM systems
- ✓Understanding of QAA and Data Package implementation
- ✓Willingness to learn and shadow senior team members
